and CEO in large industrial companies where he developed and successfully
applied an innovative approach to the management of rapidly developing
companies. He went to the United States in 1961 as a Fulbright Scholar
and received his education at the University of Wisconsin, the CCNY and
Columbia University (USA) where he studied Physics and Philosophy of Science
(1972). Constantine Alexiou, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Legal Counsel He is an attorney specialising
in corporate law. He received his education at Athens University (Law
degree, 1970) and Freiburg University (PhD in Law, 1972). He sits on the
Board of Directors of many companies as a Legal Counsel, and has accumulated
tremendous experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing
of development schemes. Laura Jennison, General Manager She studied political science
and development economics at the University of Wisconsin, USA (BA) and
education at Columbia University (MA). Her experience gained internationally,
spans human resource development, investment opportunity analysis and
investment evaluation. She is responsible for international business and
national and regional development programmes in Greece. Stamatis Kavvadias, Director Before joining the firm he held
top level management positions in various Greek and Multinational corporations
where he gained substantial experience in technology transfer management,
business strategy, marketing and investment management. During his consulting
career he has specialized in business restructuring, project management
